- Will you ask to return gold in game?
No. We will never ask customer to return the gold in game. Some scammers use a similar Character name as our team members' to cheat customer to return gold in game. Please do remember not to return the gold or items once the trade is finished. When you meet this problem, please come to contact our Live Support to make a conformation before you return any golds back. Only one situation we will ask to get back the gold is that we trade more gold than the order quantity.
- How do I avoid sending an e-check?
An unverified account without sufficient balance of your Pay pal or Money bookers account results in an e-check. And it usually takes 3-4 days for the payment provider to contact your bank to verify that funds. So if you want to avoid an e-check, the verification process for your account must be completed and there are sufficient funds available.
- Can I ask for a refund?
If the order was placed without your authorization, please contact our LIVE SUPPORT to cancel your order and get refund in 24 hours; If we aren’t able to complete your order in time, you could ask for a refund. Please contact our LIVE SUPPORT to cancel your order and we’ll refund you in 24 hours.
- Why my order delayed?
Your order is under verification; Offered player information doesn't match your in-game information, your player can’t be found; In-game currency is restocking; Your order can’t be found according to your email; E-check payment takes 3-4 days to arrive; Wrong order is placed; Technical errors like network drop or additional unexpected case.
- How to make the payment via credit card?
1. After you fill out your character name to make an order, you will see the step of making a payment. There are one choice,"Paypal " 2. If you want to use the Credit Card to make a payment, no matter you have paypal account or not, please click "Paypal" to enter. 3. At last, you can choose Credits Card style in a blank on the left of the page.
