- I buy a new account, how to switch users?

No needs to logout your current account. All you need to do is just add a new user profile.
- Push the "PlayStation" button on your Controller to back to the Main Menu.
- Move your cursor to the left corner of the Main Menu. Then select "User" to "Create New User".

- Now you are prompted to Main Menu. Please select "Use an Existing Account" and click "Enter". - Enter the new account (Email and Password), then click "Save Password" TO "Continue" to the next. - Then you will required to "Processed to PlayStation Store". Please select "X Back" to the next. - Click "Sign In" icon to access your PS3 with new account you buy from us. 3)Mule Account: How to add or remove a new account on XBOX ONE? - I don't get my coins in time, why?

- how to get the Origin security code via email?
After get the new account, you need to enter 'Transfer Market' to check the the coins quantity and use them. You'll need the Origin code to get in 'Transfer Market'.
How to get security code in yahoo email?
If you have got the same login problem as below, you might want to access the yahoo email with Mozilla Thunderbird.
1. Download Mozilla Thunderbird. Click here to download.
2. Launch Thunderbird. In the "Would you like a new email address?" window, click "Skip this and use my existing email".
Then the "Mail Account Setup" pop-up window appears.
- I paid for my order with E-check, why I didn't get my coins yet?
The E-check payment takes 3-7 days to arrive. We'll deliver the coins once the payment arrives.

- How to unbind Credit Card?
Please make sure to unbind your Credit Card before you place the order.

--- Click: Account Management - Account - Billing Information - Delete.
You will receive "Your Credit Card has been deleted". notification once you unbind it successfully.
2) Unbind Credit Card on Xbox Live Account --- Go to live.xbox.com --- Sign in with your Xbox Live Account --- Click: My Account - Payment & billing - Manage payment options - Remove 3) Unbind Credit Card on Origin Account --- Go to https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/paymentandshipping/index --- Sign in with your Account --- Click: My Account - Payment & Shipping - Payment - Delete
- Why is verification required?
To ensure your financial safety, verification is only required for first-time customers who pay via PayPal (including pay with Credit card via PayPal). It takes only a few minutes.
